Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. It was in the mall the store was in. We went to the bench outside the store , it was me and one other girl. The manager asked us a few questions about ourselves and why we wanted to work there. At the end of the interview she told both of us that we got it and gave us a time to go back later that week to fill out the paperwok.
Group interview ; asked questions ; told about ourselves; showed us store ; goals and how motivated; asked if we knew the shoes that were sold; asked about our style

Easy, chill, nothing to overthink. Just general questions about you and your interests. For me, it was more like a conversation. Very simple, dress casual. the company prides itself on self expression.
