Got a call from the recruiter about an opportunity with a product company saying it's a permanent role. After a round of interview which was pretty easy they said I was selected, but on a few conditions. These were the major red flags. I had to acknowledge to an email which read that I'll join the company and if not I agree to be blacklisted and pay a fine of 1lakh. This was really strange and mind you, this was before I even got the offer letter. After enquiring more about it they revealed more details about the job upon which I got to know it's a C2H opportunity to which they denied and told me I'll definitely be converted to permanent in a few months. Even reached out to me on multiple occasions trying to convince me to accept it. Had to turn down the offer. The whole process seemed really shady.

Its virtual interview, there are 3 rounds. And hints easy process and good experience from The client and vendor side. The process is very fast it closed within 3-4 days. Yes its depends on the requirement base.
