The interview was conducted with a group of three staff. I was the only person being interviewed. They wanted my social security card and drivers license. They only asked me about 3 or 4 questions. They immediatly told me that they will "recommend me" for the job. I still had to complete a very long background check, fingerprints, urine drug test process. The entire process took a month and a half. I was warned that the background checks do took a long time. Considering the nature of the work I thought it was appropriate.
