You interview with the HR manager, and it's pretty standard questions. Stuff about experience, which isn't needed, and yourself. They basically hire anyone.
The orientation is pretty grueling, wish they made into a more enjoyable experience. Basically you sitting for 4 hours as HR lectures you on what not to do.

Interview
It was an open interview that were only available on Wednesdays. I arrived and talked to the manager. He sat with me and asked me a few typical questions such as, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why should we hire you? Why do you want to work here?" and things of that sort.
