Had a phone interview. Basically talked for over 30 minutes and answered all possible questions. Was then asked to retouch photo and create web banner within a day. Then I was asked to come in for in-person interview. Interviewer didn't have any other questions to ask me because I answered their questions over the phone, experience was awkward. I had turned down the original in person interview but the person I was in contact with basically begged me to come in for the interview anyway. So I did and it was awkward.
