Casual and friendly. Met with the manager in the morning and we sat in a booth and discussed my work history. She was friendly and nice and I was offered the job on the spot. When I replied that I had other interviews throughout the day, she absolutely understood and was ok with me calling back later. When I called back to tell her I wanted the position, I was given it.

How familiar are you working with large volumes of people?
The interview process began with me going in and asking if they were hiring. I was handed a paper application and was asked a few questions after, then hired on the spot. Very easy.
