I was reached out to by talent acquisition and scheduled a virtual interview. I was asked at the end of the interview my upcoming schedule for the following week and then told the next steps in the process. I sent a follow up thank you email that day. One week later, I followed up via phone and left a message and stated that if they decided to go with someone else I understand but would love feedback. Nothing. I followed up a week later via email requesting feedback and no reply. Completely ghosted. I was then reached out to a few months later asking if I would like to interview for the same job. If this is how they treat candidates, it does not reflect well on the company.

Interview
I had an inital virtual interview with HR, after that I was invited to another virtual interview with a marketing manager. I was then invited to a 2 hour long in person interview where I met with another member of HR staff and 4 different marketing staff members, Finally, I had one more virtual interview with a Marketing manager. I did not get an offer after all of this, and honestly it felt like I was strung along throughout the process with excessive interviews where I was asked basically the same questions every single time.

Multiple one on ones with department leadership across various sites including product managers and engineering leads. Standard fare with HR regarding behavioral questions. Technical know-hows with engineering and basic business acumen with product managers
