I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Newspaper (Watertown, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Easy interview. Very relaxed and the interviewer was nice. I always get a little nervous and she was able to put me at ease. She explained the job well and allowed me to ask questions about the role as well as the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Johnson Newspaper (Watertown, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I arrived onsite, on time and waited about five to ten minutes for my interview. The interviewer initially apologized for any problems hat may arise during the interview. stating the he was new to the job and that he was closely assisting the person that had taken over his previous position. He also had to apologize again, stating that the job that I applied for, p/t Dock worker, had been taken. However, he had a full time position as Shipping/Receiving clerk if I was interested. I was. The interview itself went smoothly. I was asked questions about my work ethic, work loads I was used to, and commitment to the job should I get it. The interview also involved a tour of my work area and equipment I was to use. All went well.
