Applied for the role in Singapore on Jul25, their HR contacted me in Sep25 to schedule an interview. That’s three months of silence, their HR did not contact me to understand my expected pay and skills previously. The hiring manager sounded condescending, constantly asked if I was the one who really did the work and wouldn’t accept ‘team effort’ as an answer. Couldn’t understand when I asked what is the team culture like. Constantly asked how I would handle marketing for them, felt like he was trying to get ideas from me. Also constantly asked how my current company handles their website, again, felt like he is trying to obtain the knowledge from me. Even asked me if I want to stay in my role. Overall, interview was horrible, felt like I was being interrogated instead.
