I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson County, Kansas (Olathe, KS)
Interview
Interview went well. Questions were standard and the team that interviewed me were positive and gave positive feedback. Left me feeling good about the company work and expectations. I look forward to hearing back from them in the near future.

Question 1
How do you handle someone with borderline personality disorder?
I interviewed at Johnson County, Kansas (Olathe, KS)
Interview
I received an email Friday afternoon to schedule the initial 30 minute phone interview for the following Monday morning. About 30 minutes before the call, I received an email with a Teams link showing the call was now actually a full interview with three team members. I was given some excuse during the interview about a new system they are using, which they knew was not working correctly when they sent the email to schedule the interview, but was not told in the email. This was the first impression their team made on me and I would not have accepted the position if they had offered. I felt rushed through the whole interview and they seemed very unenthused that they were having to do this interview. They were very cold and not one person smiled through the whole interview.

I had a phone call with the manager and then interviewed in person with the entire team. It took several months from applying to getting an offer. The interview was pretty standard and covered a lot of technical questions about the PMBOK.
