Quite easy-going. Met with the post-doc who was looking for a research assistant. Asked me few questions, then described several ongoing projects that seem interesting to me. I walked in, thinking it would be about 30 minutes long, but the conversation was so interesting that we ended up talking for nearly 2 hours!

Good, pretty straightforward interview questions. General and simple behavioral questions & questions about experience for entry level position. Was with two research team supervisors. No additional interview before job offer.

It was an informal zoom interview that lasted less than an hour. It was set up through an email contact and was an incredibly
pleasent experience. I was asked to provide some background about myself and my interests
Informal call with the PI over the phone; chatted about my previous work experiences and questions I had about the organizations that lasted for about 30 minutes; she talked about what current projects I would work on and gave me the contact of her previous RA to understand what day-to-day responsibilities would look like
