Phone Interview - super easy going and there was no pressure at all. The woman interviewing me was very kind and understood that it was an entry-level position, and didn't make me feel bad about my lack of experience.

It was an informal zoom interview that lasted less than an hour. It was set up through an email contact and was an incredibly
pleasent experience. I was asked to provide some background about myself and my interests
Informal call with the PI over the phone; chatted about my previous work experiences and questions I had about the organizations that lasted for about 30 minutes; she talked about what current projects I would work on and gave me the contact of her previous RA to understand what day-to-day responsibilities would look like
