Overall, I found the interview to be very nice! I applied for the position a couple months ago, and finally heard back in November. I interviewed on a Friday over the phone as a panel, and never heard back, which is the con to the process. I even sent a following email thanking them, since I was going to have to relocate. Would have been nice to at least get an email, stating they went with someone else.
