Interview
The process was unique due to my referral. This was the first interview where the supervisor's director gave me a direct referral. However, upon speaking with the director for the volunteer position, the process was like any other. I was professional although the atmosphere was a bit laid back. Now that I am employed here, I realize that the director welcomes that type of atmosphere because of the clients incurred. Often it is nerve wrecking to ask for help, yet the environment where help is sought can make one more comfortable.
