Went through 2 over the phone interviews and then a technical examination on a third-party website. The first was nothing more than an HR review process of my resume and confirming qualifications. The second was with the management of the team I was applying to with a mix of personal and technical questions. The examination itself is where I had personal issues as the questions were very vendor-specific rather than an examination of technical skill or programming knowledge. They were pointedly specific to the product and generally unable to be answered without personal experience or outside sources that were not alowed as part of the test.
