Interview
The first call was with an HR recruiter, which asked about prior experience and general interest in the company. The second interview was with one of the hiring managers and focused on the intern role itself and the team. Around 4 weeks later there was an in-person interview at their headquarters in Illinois which was a full day of various interview settings.

All STAR questions, for example, tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult work group
Wasnt too bad, easy basic questions.

3) Situations presented and asked what I would do in them and how i would react
4) General behavioral questions

Interview
Primero te contacta una empresa tercera de RH y te hacen un par de entrevistas, si llegas a pasarlas, te entrevistara tu jefe directo (yo apliqué a un puesto de ingeniería) donde me preguntaron cosas técnicas, experiencias personales y en inglés.

Had behavioural questions, lasted an hour, great interview, accepted the offer! Asked about working in diverse groups, how i made changes to a certain project that changed its trajectory. Cared about teamwork.
