Interview
Very easy, people are genuine. Make sure you know the business and the culture of the company. All behavioral questions, pretty easy.
My first interview was at a conference and then second round interview is in Moline, IL. Two interview 45min each, tour of headquaters, and meeting with the HR rep that's in charge of all interns
5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
