Sent my resume to a manager after learning that the Safety Director was retiring. I got emailed about 2 days later wanting me to come in for an interview. It included the outgoing Safety Director, HR Manager, and Vice-President. Was simple enough, told me what they expected; I told them what I hoped to accomplish, etc. About 2 weeks later I got a call to come back in to just visit with the VP and HR Manager. Asked me about past experiences and how I handled more situation type of things. Visited for roughly an hour. Didn't hear back for a while because they had some issues to take care of but after they called me I gave them an answer the next day.
