I had an initial phone screen with one of the managers. I then completed an online coding challenge that was fairly straight forward. Afterwards, I had 5 on-site interviews. Some of the questions were more challenging than others, but overall it was average difficulty. Ultimately, I received an offer, but they only gave me a couple days to accept even though they knew I was interviewing at other places. I did not appreciate being shoehorned, and it showed me that they did not view me as a person, but another employee to help their bottomline . I rejected the offer, and I'm glad I did since I received a better offer later that month.
