Interview
Unprofessional, held in a mall sitting area under a stair well. Manager was very unorganized and made me wait for over a half an hour after the interview time was scheduled for. Upon arrival at the store it was very disorganized and merchandise was every where. One of the associates had interrupted the interview twice asking the manager a series of questions.

There were not a lot of questions being asked by the manager during the interview process and I was the one asking the store manager most of the questions about the company and expectations of the sales executive role.

Took one week to complete the entire process was offered position on the spot next day paperwork was completed and 2 days after that I was starting my first shift

It was very simple. Pretty much cookie cutter. The guy interviewing me was very nice. He made me feel very comfortable.
The questions were pretty easy. He showed me some of the basic operations in the sales techniques.
