I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Everett, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview went well. I arrived 10 minutes early in plain button up shirt and jean. The manager explained about the job and the peak hours of the store. He gave me a menu study guide with the name of sandwich and their ingredients, told me to come back and take the quiz whenever I'm ready. They gave me a call the next day after I take the test to schedule for a second interview.
easy and nice to me. Simple questions about school life and what you goals and aspirations are. Some behavioral questions about overcoming obstacles and such. Open about schedule and salary as well and hours.
