Very minimal and you get to start working almost immediately. They'll hire virtually anyone. Submit an application and show up for interview, then get hired and scheduled almost immediately. Easiest job I've ever gotten.

Interview
Got an interview after walking in and filling out an application. They asked me to come back the following day when the General Manager would be available. Sat down with store manager to answer a few questions before being offered the job.
