Very short interview, definitely more interested in hiring than finding good quality workers. They hire a multitude of workers because they have irregular shift times that keep them well staffed for peak hours. The only difficulty here means it is tough unless you are a manager to get any hours.

Would I be interested in pursuing a management position?
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
