I applied for the Internship through glassdoor.com and was the contacted through email, that they were interested to talk to me and set up a time for a interview meeting via Zoom.

Question 1
They asked me to talk about what project best showcases me and who I am as a designer. We were looking at my online portfolio throughout the interview and so I assumed she wanted me to pick from the projects that I had showing on my online portfolio.

Interview
My interview was about 3 steps, but it was supposed to last longer, but I wasn't succesfull the last step:
1st step) I have spoken with Jess Lee, a nice and gentle HR, who has always updated me with calls and written several emails about the interview processes. The questions during the first interview where about my professional background and I discussed with her some samples of Marketing Campaigns and the motivation to apply for the company.
2nd step) I have made a logic- math test, it was quite hard for me, because I have never done something like this before. So, I have prepare a lot questions based on the tests provided by the company. The test was about 40 questions to complete in 20 minutes and it was recorded by Zoom.
3rd step) I have spoken with Judit, the Marketing Manager and the step was the last one for me. She asked me to introduce myself, the motivation I applied for the company, samples of Marketing campaigns, my weaknesses.
