Very conversational interview. Not intimidating at all. We spoke casually about my resume then she introduced to the team of individuals i would work with on a daily basis. I did enjoy the fact it wasn’t super structured.

interview process is one on one with manager. You will go over resume and experience. You will then get to take a tour of lab and meet anyone around at the time.
