Very cutthroat and impersonal. Super technical heavy, and i did well but it just seems to take the person out of the job. I got ghosted after making superday which seems quite unprofessional

Zoom interview. Very technical questions from the start which I wasn't prepared for (lol). Even though I knew I failed I didn't hear back for months. Interviewer was pretty patronising.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jefferies (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had about 5 calls/interviews with people on the team as well as people outside the team. Mostly behavioral questions, not too many technicals. Really nice people, not too difficult.
