Group interviewing process. We went over the job title along with how to sell the vehicles at their dealership. Weeded out the people they did and did not want after 2 days. Called a couple days later to put in the offer letter.

The application and the interview process was quite easy. When I entered the building the staff was quite helpful when getting me where I needed to go. Overall they run a smooth environment.
