I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jean Machine (London, ON) in May 2017
Interview
It was a two-part interview. First interview was with the assistant manager and then shortly after with the store manager. It was pretty relaxed. The questions were your typical retail questions, nothing out of the ordinary.

Interview
I handed in a resume in-store (GTA location) and received a call for an interview the next week. The interviewer has three pages of questions from Jean Machine that they have to ask you, and the interviewer took short notes as I answered the questions. However, because there is such low foot traffic within Jean Machine stores, the management aggressively pushes for you to be able to make sales where you have a set quota, as explained to me by the manager. Overall, the interview process took around 30-40 minutes and was largely behavioral/situational questions.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you had a problem with someone else, and how did you solve it?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jean Machine (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
There was essentially no interview or no reference check, mainly due to their turnover rate. They are in desperate need of employees and will hire any friendly person. I went in shopping, they offered me a job. That's honestly the whole interview process. I brought a direct deposit form with my resume, and signed the papers. I was scheduled in that week after doing a skills assessment, which management did it for me anyways.
