In English. the interviewer ask me the general questions them at least about 10 tell me about a situation m how did you handle it and what was to outcome.

Tell us a time you had to deal with an unhappy/angry customer ?
Describe a situation where you used teamwork?
Describe a situation where you demonstrated an excellent customer service? How have you gone above and beyond for a customer?
Name a problem you faced at work, what was it and how did you react to your boss correcting you?
Name a situation at work you wish you handled differently?
Tell me about a time when you where a member of a team of people that was not cooperating and working as well togheter as they should?
Everyone breaks rules at work from time to time. Tell me about a time where you broke a rule at work and what happened?
Or coworker break a rule.
Describe how you handled a stressful situation but have a rewarding result?
It was a good experience, everything went well. The hiring manager was so kind. I was nervous at first, but I managed to answer all the questions great. I am excited to know more about Jazz.

Overall, the interview was successful; however, the job conditions appear unfavorable and the pay is low, which raises concerns about whether this opportunity would be a suitable fit for anyone's needs and expectations.
