Jazwares interview questions

The interview process took a few months with constant follow ups on my part. I applied in November and got the offer in February. Waiting for a repsonse or offer should not take this long and there needs to be more transparency for applicants when waiting on an outcome.

I had a great interview experience with Jazwares. The process was well organized, thoughtful, and genuinely engaging. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed, and the office environment was energetic, creative, and full of life. The conversation felt collaborative rather than transactional, and I appreciated how intentional the questions were around both experience and culture fit. It was refreshing to meet a team that is clearly passionate about what they do while still being approachable and authentic. Overall, a very positive and memorable interview experience.
