Interview
Take home excel test regarding trade settlement and other how to prevent potential issues regarding the post trade lifecycle process then a 30 minutes interview with HR where they ask pretty basic questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jane Street (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Had a nice technical exercise at the beginning, testing out your Excel skills and pre-existing Operations expertise. They also had a write-up section afterwards. The format was a little awkward, because the test required exiting the test window (to use Excel) but the website hosting the exam would get upset each time. It was a fun exercise, regardless.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Jane Street (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
Started with a Phone interview with and Hr rep, then a Take home test that you do on excel, followed by a technical interview with two employees that is timed, and an in person interview at their headquarters.
