Interview
There were several phone interviews on the phone and one online test on basic maths and logic. One interview was over the phone and it consisted of several questions on probability, the other one was skills review.

If you have two dice what is the the probability to scor a number that is the power of another one?
HR phone screen, did not proceed after. Next round should be technical assessment based on word of mouth, cannot verify as I did not make it that far. Prepare to speak over CV at length and discuss relevant projects

The interview process was structured but approachable. It began with an online application followed by a phone screening. After that, there was a one-on-one interview focused on my skills and experience, and a final round with a practical task related to the role. The overall tone was professional but friendly, and the interviewers were supportive.

Straight to the point. Tests your preparation and why you want to work for the company or be involved in prop trading. Be prepared for unique technical and behavioral questions.
