Easy and quick. Was asked simple questions about team building skills and how I dealt with confrontation. Was given situations that I had to talk through to show I was competent in basic customer service and what not

Interview
The interview was short and to the point, all the questions asked were pretty standard. It took place in a booth in the Jamba Juice between myself and the manager.
