One aptitude test and one interview in Chinese. The company is actually looking for sales to sale insurance. You will have to take the insurance exam and go for a 5 day training before you join the company.

Great friendly environment, interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, and you can tell they are passionate about what they are doing. They are looking for candidates to grow with them and are willing to put in resources for that. Overall, a great experience.
