I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jabil (Chihuahua, Chihuahua) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was an interview in person. As I was applying for an internship, we could go to any department. I choose Test Engineering. They asked about what kind of projects I´ve done and about some technical knowledge, nothing specific, just trying to know how much I knew about electronics and communication protocols even though you are not probably going to use that knowledge in every day work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What communication protocols do you know?
What microcontrollers have you used?
What projects have you done?
The interviewers asked about my project experience and a specific challenge I faced. They also wanted me to explain my current knowledge and skills in Excel. They also asked some general behavioral questions. Overall, it was not difficult.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jabil (Bayan Lepas)
Interview
Had a new experience of being interviewed by non-local employees. They were very professional and clear with their questions. Nothing intimidating at all. I like that they were curious about my previous experiences and interested in them.
Smooth interview process. The interview experience was insightful and engaging. The process emphasized problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills, providing a clear understanding of the role's responsibilities and the company's collaborative culture.
