It was conducted on a very professional manner, two filters for the position, up to the General Purchasing Manager. The interview was divided on three phases: 1. Resume and skills check up. 2. Interview 1:1, 3. Medical and drug tests as well as final support documentation review. The final notification on the position was made over phone and on a very personal and warming way. I felt a sense of community from the beginning.
