Very unprofessional and time wasting. Recruiter contacts me to set up interview, I give availability, does not reply for a few weeks, gets back to me to reschedule, goes MIA for another 2 weeks, tries to reschedule and disappears.
The interviewers asked about my project experience and a specific challenge I faced. They also wanted me to explain my current knowledge and skills in Excel. They also asked some general behavioral questions. Overall, it was not difficult.

Had a new experience of being interviewed by non-local employees. They were very professional and clear with their questions. Nothing intimidating at all. I like that they were curious about my previous experiences and interested in them.
