JW Speaker interview questions

Formal interview with the head of the mold department and hr, very basic and to the point and they ask what your goals are with the company but don’t care really because you never work your way up you stay in the position you’re hired at.

Started at a college job fair, then in person interviews with manager, HR, and peer group separately. Also had a plant tour. Everyone was professional and friendly, very nice and clean facility.
