One hour video interview with software development manager, followed by 3 hour test. Test was designed for engineer (labeled as such) - inappropriate for my qualifications, experience, and expectations. Did not conform to subject matter of interview. Declined to follow through.

Contacted by staffing agency. 1st meeting with manager to discuss the opportunity and about company, and what i m looking for. Then, a technical question on white board. Next they gave a 3 hour take home lengthy test. Next day, they asked to come over for final interview, which was basically to go over the answers i wrote. Got the offer. Didn't negotiate much. Enjoying my time there so far. Team is nice. Only concern is old building, dusty floor carpet and not so good kitchen facilities. Though people clean their dishes, yet microwaves are not clean. Definitely, i would love to see better kitchen facilities.
