I was interviewing for a summer internship position. The first round was on campus, consisted entirely of fit questions, asking for examples of team work, leadership, etc. I walked through my resume and the interviewer asked me some more specific questions about my work experience. For second round I flew to NY and interviewed in their offices. The meeting was less like an interview and more like a discussion. He asked me to walk through my resume, then he started to ask about my opinion on the industry and current uncertainty regarding regulations, we also talking about the Euro crisis. Extremely conversational, I prodded him a little on his opinions to the above topics throughout, and we had a nice chat going.
