3 step interview process. I interviewed with the recruiter. After passing that interview then interviewed with MD followed by joint MD and MD on Bank side. Be prepared for role-playing.

Share experience of difficult client and resolution
That first stage is a screening interview, designed to verify your background and cultural fit. While the recruiter is intentionally friendly to put you at ease, they are carefully evaluating your communication skills and professionalism through low-pressure behavioral questions.
Lengthy interview process met with up to 6 different managers. Some were in person and others were via Zoom. Must meet with compliance officer as well. Overall it was a good experience but too much time and effort for an entry-level wealth management career.
