3) Technical Interview - agreed for H1B Transfer
4) HR feedback - positive and discussion on next steps
5) Another HR feedback - H1B not being considered due to budget issues.
If H1B is not considered, then why wasting everyone's time for scheduling interview etc. Please let the candidates upfront or reject the application.

Me contactaron porque ya tenían mi cv cargado y necesitaban a alguien con experiencia de Sysadmin. Fueron 5 entrevistas en total y todas mitad en castellano y mitad en ingles. La primer entrevista fue con RRHH, luego con gente del sector de soporte, siguieron los Ing en Software del que se da soporte, nuevamente con Soporte y finalmente con un VP de India. Todas las charlas fueron con mucha amabilidad y buena predisposición. Las preguntas técnicas fueron las usuales, salvo la última que me hicieron preguntas con trampa a ver si lo corregía. Lamentablemente me di cuenta al final de la entrevista que usaron esa estrategia.
