I applied for the Personal Banking position through the Chase Careers Webpage & received an email from a recruiter in Human Resources with 2 or 3 days. She set up an interview with me over the phone and after about a 30 minute interview she set up an in person interview with the Branch Manager. I had a one on one interview with the Branch Manager 3 days later and after an hour long interview with her I was told that I would be getting a call to set up an interview with the District Manager. I interviewed with the District Manager one on one the following week. He asked me about my experience, career goals, and the type of work environment I was looking for. After meeting with the District Manager he told me to expect a call within a few days with an official offer. I had the interview with the District Manager on a Friday and received the official offer from the Human Resources recruiter on the following Monday.

was a long process, went through 3 rounds of interview even though I was put on. that being said I did not get the job becaiuse I was not well prepared therefore it is my fault
