Submitting an Online application for any desired roles. Will be emailed or called back for follow up. Met with branch manager to discuss familiar interview questions. Sometimes with other hiring managers. Follow up steps resume with interest.

Interview
First interview is with a recruiter, second interview in branch, final with the area manager. Pretty solid process. Lots of behaviorl/experience related questions but overall pretty straightforward if you have expietenc in a bank
2 step interview process. First is a call with the market director, second is an in-person with branch manager and investment advisor. Second meeting went roughly an hour and a half.

I applied, and then they reached back out to me two hours later on the phone and told me about the position. Lady was nice and described the benefits of working there.
