In the interview day, there was a series of tests and group activites done before the 1 on 1 interview, the activites were set in differrent rooms with different tasks to do, it was a fun experience.

Interview
First you will have to submit a CV and cover letter, and also answer why you want to work with JLR, make sure to do research on company. Then you will, if succesful, undertake an online assesment which asseses your verbal and numerical reasoning aswell as some work based questions and situations.
