I applied online for customer care associates part time job in JC penny. I got a call within 1 week. I attended interview. It was one person interview . I had no prior experience in customer care associates.They asked me what is your idea about customer care, how would handle angry customer, give some example situation of good customer service ,,etc..
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
