I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Kenosha, WI) in Oct 2013
Interview
I got called 4 days after submitting my online interveiw. When I went in I was a group interveiw, during the interveiw one by one we had to say a little about our selfs. Later we had to build a model based on what we were told (2 people spoke about the model). About 3 days late I was called for a 2nd interview (it was also group). During hat interveiw w had to discuss our work history, greatest and weaket strengths. After that the manager asked us random funny questions to get us talking, it was really random and fun. After that she discussed that if were selected we will get a call in the next day of two. She called me and offered me a job.:))
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Um, the random question of "if all the nations money went missing what happened to it?"
generally good, provided good understanding of the work environment. didn't like the benefits that much and the working hours are not flexible. they said they will reach out with a decision soon
I applied in-person. I interviewed at JCPenney (Mount Juliet, TN) in Oct 2020
Interview
They were extremely nice and easy to interview for. The managers at this store are friendly and easy to interview with as you feel you are having a conversation with a friend and not employer.

Interview
Group interview where you had to build a structure with blocks, but only one person at a time is able to see a picture of the structure. Meanwhile, other people listen to them describe the structure and build. Rotate until five minutes pass or so.
