the interview process was very straight forward ... it basically started off with an greeting & then proceed into the intro of how long the company existed but the main focus of the interview was basically what are the consequences of stealing from the company.

If you could change the rules & regulations of working on the holidays what would you do?
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
