      Case Manager Interview

      Sep 24, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Brooklyn, NY
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JCCA (Brooklyn, NY) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Standard interview process with your future supervisor. They pretty much explain their expectations of their worker as well as the difficulty of the work. Very Informative. I think its a good thing that you are interviewed by the potential supervisor as oppose to a recruiter because at least you both get a feel of who you will work with. I also think its works in your advantage for the actual supervisor to speak to you and get a feel of your personality and your ability.
