      Good place to work. Union workplace

      Pros

      Union workplace. Accumulates vacation and sick time. You also have 5 days personal time. Tuition reimbursement for undergraduate.

      Cons

      Will only get a raise through union bargaining. If you are looking for a raise you will have to move to another department with a rate increase. Waits until the last moment to inform you of policy changes.
